Chicken Mince and Cauliflower Salad

Chicken mince is a versatile food product, a source of protein, merged with cauliflower is an excellent combination for cooked salad.

The nutritional value of 100 gm of cauliflower: 2g fiber, 22mg calcium, 48.2mg vitamin C, 1.9g protein, 44mg phosphorus, 299 mg potassium.

The reason for me to mention this meat and vegetable combination as cooked salad is I have used minimal flavoring ingredients – the main flavoring ingredient is unusual because it is normally used as an ingredient for flavoring fried chicken, it is a roasted spice mix, one of the other difference is the spice mix has an elite flavor compared to other varieties of the same roasted spice mix widely available.
