French Toast as Snack during Summer

To prepare French toast, the essential ingredient required is eggs, however eggs have a tendency to produce heat in the body, so I opted to include an ingredient to the French toast which would neutralise its effect and makes the French  toast as snack during the summer a delight.

Recipe of French Toast as Snack during Summer:
To the marinade of 4 whisked eggs which included a little quantity of milk (approx. 1/2 quantity of a tea cup), sugar (according to preference of flavor) and 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds – I dipped each slice of bread, one at a time to completely coat each slice with the marinade, to pan-fry the bread slices in adequate quantity of any mild-flavour vegetable oil, until the bread slices turn tad brown in colour

The marinade was sufficient for 3/4 quantity of bread slices of a 400 gm bread pack.

Cumin is one of the cooling spice for summer.
