Mutton (Chevon) Chilli

The cuisines best known for their use of goat include African cuisine, Middle Eastern, North African, East African, West African, Indian, Indonesian, Nepali, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Mexican, Caribbean (Jamaica), and Ecuadorian.

In this recipe, I have merged chevon with a special variant of green chilli pepper from India – Bhavnagri Chilli has a distinctive moderate pungent flavor, it is rich in Vitamin A & C; I also merged chevon with potato so that the overall flavour of mutton-chilli remains to moderate-pungent retaining the flavour of the chilli; for making mutton-chilli extermely flavourful, I included it with two extremely flavourful and beneficial ingredients.
