Chicken keema (mince) merge perfectly with potato, it adds the chicken keema with flavor and makes it substantial, however the combination of chicken keema and potato do not merge well with spice mix powders/garam masala, whole spices are the perfect combination to flavour as well as to add valuable antioxidants to the chicken keema and potato mix, I opted out of adding onion and tomato to the combination because it was not required and would only ruin the flavor of the combination; know through the recipe, the combination of whole spices I chose to flavour the blend of chicken keema and potato  …
