In this recipe, I have merged dried anchovies with fresh coconut meat – the MCTs and fiber in coconut meat may benefit weight loss, heart health, digestion, brain health, blood sugar levels, and immunity; the other ingredients enriches the blend with nutrients and flavor to benefit health.
Each recipe has a special flavoring ingredient, this recipe required a variant of garam masala/powdered spice mix that could blend the flavour of dried anchovies with coconut meat in a subtle manner still with its essence felt.
