Spinach is the leafy green vegetable which most of the time I prefer to have it with paneer, and this combination is famously called palak-paneer.
I made a few changes to the previous recipe I shared on my blog:
Instead of adding garlic for the paste, I opted to add pieces of a sizeable portion of a ginger root for pleasant ginger flavour and a green chilli for mild pungent flavor, I opted out of using garam masala too.
The result was elite and neat flavor palak paneer.
