I can make cauliflower interesting to eat just using 3 spice powders/masalas which are easily accessible in India:

The Recipe of Cauliflower Salad made with 3 Ingredients:
Quantity of Cauliflower: approx. 1/2kg
Cut the cauliflower into reasonable sections, blend it with melted mix of finely sliced pieces of 3 medium tomatoes cooked in adequate quantity of any mild-flavour vegetable oil; add the spice powders: 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp. of asafoetida powder and 1/2 to 1 tsp. of garam masala (depending upon the pungency and flavour of the selected garam masala); smidgen the blend with salt, cook the cauliflower salad by adding adequate quantity of water to make the slices soft
The cauliflower salad is a perfect option, when you prefer cooked salad over raw vegetable salad.
