Crisp Rice Flatbread

Rice flour (also rice powder) is a form of flour made from finely milled rice. 

Rice Flatbread:

Rice Flour: approx. 500gm
Smidgen the rice flour with salt, knead the rice flour using adequate quantity of warm water into tough dough having smooth consistency.

Make reasonable large dough balls; using a rolling pin and rice flour, gently make thick, medium, flat circular formation of the dough.

Dry- roast the rice flatbread on an iron tava/frying pan on both its surface.

Rice Flatbreads have reasonable crisp consistency.

Serving size: approx. 2

Rice flatbread are best savoured with thick curries.
