Leftover food is a common dilemma in every household; I usually do not prepare food more than required, however leftover chapatis of the previous day becomes a cause of concern for me on few occasions because chapatis of the previous day tends to become hard, and I dislike to eat them, this situation bothers me because wasting food makes me feel guilty.
On one such occasion, I decided to utilize leftover chapatis for evening snack –
I made smaller pieces of the chapati, warmed the pieces on a frying pan; and mixed the warm chapati pieces with grated cheese, gram flour sev and tomato ketchup – according to preference of flavour; mix the combination with a pinch of salt
