Leftover rice can be best used to make instant pulao

Here are two recipes, both pulao recipes are full meal recipes because it includes mostly all the nutrients a full meal can possibly provide.

Just when I wanted to enjoy a full meal with leftover rice – I used my common sense to prepare these two easy meal recipes.

Instant Pulao with Paneer:

In adequate quantity of ghee (clarified butter), blend slices of paneer (approx. 200gm), add 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp. of any garam masala, smidgen the mix with salt; after the paneer cubes turn soft, add the blend with the leftover rice for two

Instant Pulao with Soy Meat:

Soy meat: approx. 100gm
Cook the soy meat according to package instructions
In adequate quantity of ghee (clarified butter), add the cooked soy meat, slices of a big capsicum, smidgen the mix with salt and 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder; blend the mix with the leftover rice for two
