Vitamin C and Probiotic Ingredients in Flavorful Sauce of Whole-Spices

I am always tempted to purchase potatoes, because it is the most versatile vegetable of all – boil it, steam it, fry it, bake it or mash it – according to your preferred choice of consumption; and the noteworthy aspect of this root vegetable is – it is an excellent source of antioxidant, vitamin C.

When I blend this antioxidant source of vitamin C with sauce made with whole-spices and an effective and delicious probiotic ingredient, the result/recipe is an extremely delicious and nutritious combination …

The Extremely Delicious & Nutritious Recipe of Potato:

Quantity of vegetable: 1/2 kg of potatoes
Quantity of paneer or cottage cheese: 100 gm

Add the potato slices in warm, adequate quantity of any mild-flavour vegetable oil; add the mix with 1 tsp. of freshly ground black peppercorns, pieces of a large bay leaf, 1 tbsp. of dried fenugreek leaves, 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp. of asafoetida powder; smidgen the blend with salt, add adequate quantity of water to cook the vegetable as well as for sauce; when the potato pieces are par-cooked, add small paneer cubes, cook the mixture until potato pieces are cooked

Juicy, fresh whole-spice gravy for potato slices, along with paneer makes it an extremely delicious combination.
