Cauliflower has gained a lot of importance in my list of vegetables to cook on a regular basis, because of its nutritional significance and I have also discovered that cauliflower is a versatile vegetable – a vegetable that can be prepared in numerous variations.
This recipe is a very easy method of cooking cauliflower for salad by including it with very few ingredients, these ingredients has medicinal significance and has the flavorful impact on the vegetable too.
The Recipe for Appetizing Cauliflower Salad:
Quantity of vegetable: a small cauliflower
In adequate quantity of warm, any-mild flavour vegetable oil; add the vegetable pieces, blend the vegetable slices with 1/2 tsp. of freshly ground black peppercorns, 1 tbsp. of dried fenugreek leaves and a pinch of turmeric powder; smidgen the mix wit salt, add adequate quantity of water for the vegetable slices to cook, cook the cauliflower slices until soft to evaporate the water added during cooking
