Early Morning Natural Vitamin E and Zinc Dose

VITAMIN E

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that stops the production of ROS – free radicals that are naturally formed as byproducts of oxygen metabolism when fat undergoes oxidation.

Free radicals are unstable atoms that can damage cells, causing illness and aging.

Naturally occurring vitamin E exists in eight chemical forms, alpha- (or α-) tocopherol is the only form that is recognized to meet human requirements.

Numerous foods provide vitamin E. Nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils are among the best sources of alpha-tocopherol, and significant amounts are available in green leafy vegetables.

ZINC

Zinc is a trace mineral, meaning that the body only needs small amounts, and yet it is necessary for almost 100 enzymes to carry out vital chemical reactions.

Enzyme, a substance that acts as a catalyst in living organisms, regulating the rate at which chemical reactions proceed without itself being altered in the process.

Zinc is a major player in the creation of DNA, growth of cells, building proteins, healing damaged tissue, and supporting a healthy immune system; because it helps cells to grow and multiply, adequate zinc is required during times of rapid growth, such as childhood, adolescence, and pregnancy. Zinc is also involved with the senses of taste and smell.

ALMOND Nutrition

Almonds are 4% water, 22% carbohydrates, 21% protein, and 50% fat. In a 100-gram reference amount, almonds supply 579 kilocalories of food energy.

The almond is a nutritionally dense food, providing a rich source of the B vitamins (riboflavin and niacin) vitamin E, and the essential-minerals calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc.

Almonds are a moderate source of the B vitamins (thiamine, vitamin B6, and folate), choline, and the essential mineral potassium. They also contain substantial dietary fiber.

Hence the above facts, clearly indicate why consumption of vitamin E and Zinc is necessary for us and how consumption of almonds are important in this process.

I recommend consuming upto 5 soaked (soak the almonds overnight) and peeled almonds along with other dry fruits in adequate quantity, early in the morning before breakfast.

WISHING YOU A GREAT DAY
