In this recipe, I have merged pork with fresh ingredients; the fresh ingredients melds perfectly with the meat, giving the gravy an exotic fresh flavour.

The Recipe of Fresh-Spicy Pork Gravy:
Quantity of Pork: 500gm of boneless pork meat
Marinate pork with these fresh ingredients:
finely sliced pieces of 2 big tomatoes
finely sliced pieces of a long slender green chilli – for mild-pungent flavour
mashed pieces of approx. 8 garlic cloves
mashed pieces of a sizeable portion of a ginger root – for pleasant ginger flavour
finely sliced pieces of a generous handful of coriander leaves
other ingredients –
1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
smidgen of salt – according to preference of flavour
Blend the meat with the marination ingredients by hand for approx. 5 minutes
Cook the meat in a thick bottom utensil, cook the meat until tender in its water content. It takes approx. 45 minutes for the meat to turn tender.
Pork blends seamlessly with the fresh ingredients for an awesome flavour.
