The Recipe of PORK in Delicious MALVANI Flavour:
Quantity of pork: approx. 500gm boneless meat
Marinate the pork with mashed pieces of approx. 10 garlic cloves, finely sliced pieces of 8 small tomatoes, 1 tsp. full of malvani garam masala – this is an excellent tasting moderate-pungent spice powder mix, 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder and smidgen of salt – according to preference of flavour; mix all the marination ingredients with the meat by hand for approx. 5 minutes.
Cook the pork in a thick bottom utensil in low heat, cook the meat until tender, the meat gets cooked in its water content.

Malvani Garam Masala – this flavourful garam masala comes from Malvan, a town in the Sindhudurg district on the west coast of Maharashtra; this roasted powder mix of spices is less peppery and more zesty than the regular garam masala.
