The Recipe of Delicious Blend of Cauliflower and Spinach:
Quantity of cauliflower: approx. 500gm
Quantity of spinach leaves: a generous handful
Tomato puree/sauce: Grind sliced pieces of 2 medium tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves, a cheese cube, tiny pieces of a sizable part of ginger root, pieces of a green chilli; into thick sauce.
Spinach puree: Blanch spinach leaves to grind the spinach leaves into puree
Saute the tomato sauce in adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour vegetable oil, for few seconds; blend the sauce with cauliflower pieces, smidgen the mixture with salt – according to preference of flavour, blend the mixture with adequate quantity of water for cauliflower pieces to cook; when the cauliflower pieces are cooked, blend the mixture with spinach puree and 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder.
The mixture turns into thick gravy with delicious flavours of all the ingredients.
