SOLE FISH is an elegantly meaty, mild-flavour fish, the coat of whisked egg before frying the fish blends the fish with flavour and smooth texture.
In the previous recipes of sole fish fries, I had combined sole fish with elegant flavours of cumin, lemongrass and ginger; and for coating the sole fish I had used rice flour, wheat flour and semolina.

π΄ Cumin Sole Fish
In this very simple recipe of sole fish fry, I have just used some basic, important ingredients; and coated the fish with whisked egg because I had the knowledege that mild-flavour, meaty fish does blend well with eggs, I had tried this formula for the first time in the recipe of Bombay Duck Fish Fry
The Recipe of Rich Sole Fish Fry:
Quantity of Sole Fish: approx. 10 medium-sized sole fish
Sole fish is quite easy fish to clean, you can check out previous recipes of sole fish fries for the method of cleaning sole fish.
Marinate the sole fish for at least 10 minutes with 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder and smidgen of salt – according to preference of flavour.
Coat the fish with semolina, then whisked egg before frying the fish.
Shallow-fry the fish in adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour vegetable oil, in medium-heat; I had used an iron tava for frying the fish and fried the fish on both its surface until it turned crispy in texture.
