Spicy Dipping Sauce/Chutney

I usually prefer to make this delicious, pleasant-spicy dipping sauce for Dosa – Recipe of Dosa or Rice Pancake in MASALAHEALTH.IN

The Recipe of Delicious, Spicy Dipping Sauce:
Grind a medium bowl full of roasted whole black grams (without its husk), a dry red chilli – for mild-pungent flavour and mild-red colour, pieces of 2 small onions, 3 garlic cloves, tiny pieces of a small portion of ginger root; into smooth sauce using adequate quantity of water – according to the consistency of sauce you prefer.
Blend the sauce with tempering/tadka of mustard seeds: add 1/2 tsp. of mustard seeds in adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour vegetable oil; when the mustard seeds begin to crackle, add the tempering to the sauce, smidgen the sauce with salt – according to preference of flavour.

Serving size: approx. 4-5

The flavour of roasted whole black grams is dominant in the sauce, the flavour of onion, ginger and garlic imparts a fine flavour to the sauce.
