Basmati Rice is always the best choice for pulao – the length, the pleasant aroma, the fresh taste, and texture of this rice grain are the factors responsible for the royalty it imparts the pulao with.
The Recipe of Fresh Pulao:



Quantity of chicken meat: approx. 400 gm
Quantity of basmati rice: approx. 250 gm = 2 medium bowls full of rice
Add mince of a medium beetroot in adequate quantity of warm, any-mild flavour vegetable oil, blend the mix with 1/2 tsp. of roughly crushed whole black peppercorns, blend the mixture with chicken meat pieces, smidgen the mixture with salt – according to preference of flavour; when the chicken meat pieces are par-cooked, add rice to the mixture, blend the mixture with 3 medium bowls full of water, cook the chicken pulao until the water evaporates to cook the rice.
