🍴Fill the utensil full of clams with water, add a dash of salt to it, warm the water full of clams to a reasonable degree. Open up the clam shell using a knife.
🍴Onion sauce: Grind slices of 3 medium onions, 3 garlic cloves and tiny pieces of a small portion of ginger root, into thick paste using adequate quantity of water.
🍴Tomato puree: Grind 2 big tomatoes into puree
🍽In adequate, equal, warm blend of pasteurized table butter and vegetable oil, add 1/4 tsp. of fenugreek seeds, and saute the onion gravy until it starts emitting pleasant aroma; add the tomato puree, add adequate quantity of water to the blend – according to the consistency of gravy you prefer, smidgen the sauce with salt – according to preference of flavour, blend the sauce with 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp. of Kashmiri chilli powder (Kashmiri chilli powder gives food soft red colour with diminutive amount of pungency – you can also opt to use any other chilli powder according to preference of flavour), add the clams to the sauce and cook the seafood gravy of clams for approx. 5 minutes.

This seafood gravy of clams obviously has the seafood flavour, with the wonderful blended flavour of all the sauce ingredients.
