Soy Meat is for the meat-hearted, though soy meat is a vegetarian’s protein food, for a non-vegetarian soy meat is an option when meat products are not conveniently available. Soy meat can never taste like meat, however the gravy can be deliciously made for the soy meat to absorb the flavours.

The Recipe of Soy Meat Green-Curry:

🌍Quantity of Soy Meat: approx. 50gm

Cook the soy meat according to package instructions

🌎Gravy/Curry Paste or Sauce: Grind a handful of roasted black gram along with its husk, slices of a medium onion, pieces of 2 tiny green chillies, tiny pieces of a small part of ginger root, 3 garlic cloves, sliced pieces of a handful of coriander leaves; using a tad quantity of water, grind these ingredients into thick paste.

🌏In adequate equal, warm blend of pasteurized table butter and any mild-flavour vegetable oil, saute the gravy paste for few seconds; add the thick curry paste with adequate quantity of water for curry – according to consistency of curry you prefer; add the cooked, sliced soy meat to the warm curry; blend the curry with 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder, smidgen the curry with salt – according to preference of flavour, simmer the curry for approx. 5 minutes in low heat.
