Most of my recipes with prawn are gravy recipes of prawn, this time I created prawn curry, this seafood has mild-sweet flavour – in this prawn curry, I have merged prawn with some food ingredients that provide rich texture/consistency to the curry along with lush flavour.
The Recipe of Creamy Delicious Prawn Curry:

Quantity of sea-prawn: a handful of prawn = approx. 250 gm
Marinate the prawn with ½ tsp. of turmeric powder for approx. 10-15 minutes
CURRY PASTE: Onion paste – grind slices of 2 medium onions and 4 garlic cloves into smooth paste; Tomato paste – grind slices of 2 medium tomatoes, 1 green chilli – for mild pungent flavour (these chillies are small and extremely slender, having fresh pungent flavour) and a thick slice of cheese – according to preference of flavour, into smooth paste
Sauté the onion paste in adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour vegetable oil until it starts emitting pleasant aroma; blend the tomato curry paste with the thick onion sauce, smidgen the mixture with salt – according to preference of flavour; when the thick sauce/gravy starts to gently bubble, add thick slices of baby potatoes (approx. 250 gm) to the mixture, add the mix with adequate quantity of water for curry – according to the consistency of curry you prefer; when the potato pieces are par-cooked, add the marinated prawn to the curry, and cook the prawn curry until the potato pieces turn tender in texture.
