In this recipe of pulao, I have merged rice with soy meat ( – the protein content in soy meat is more than meat and eggs, and these chunks also are a good source of iron and calcium), and coriander herb.
Rice is the staple food of over half the world’s population. In Hinduism, rice holds great spiritual and ritual significance, rice is revered as a potent symbol of auspiciousness, prosperity and fertility.
The Recipe of Delicious Veg Pulao/Pilaf with Soy Meat:

Quantity of soy mini chunks: approx. 50gm
Quantity of kolam or basmati rice: approx. 250gm = 2 small cups full of rice
Cook the soy mini chunks according to the package instructions
Add a handful of finely sliced pieces of coriander leaves, and finely sliced pieces of a green chilli – for mild pungent flavour (these chillies are small and extremely slender, having fresh pungent flavour) in adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour vegetable oil; mix the blend with cooked soy meat and pieces of 2-3 cheese cubes, smidgen the mixture with salt – according to preference of flavour, blend the mix with ¼ tsp. of turmeric powder; add the mixture with rice, blend the mix with 3 small cups of water; cook the rice until the water evaporates.
