The Recipe of Wholesome Okra Curry with Creamy Texture and Fresh Flavour:

Quantity of okra: approx: 250 gm
Dry roast approx. 4 tbsp. of gram flour until it starts emitting a pleasant aroma.
- In an iron wok/kadai, in an adequate equal blend of warm ghee (clarified butter) and sunflower oil, add finely sliced pieces of drumstick (half piece of a long drumstick) – optional, add finely sliced pieces of 2 small tomatoes, smidgen the mix with salt –according to preference of flavour; when the tomato pieces begin to melt, add thick pieces of okra, add the roasted gram flour, add approx. 4 or more glasses of water – according to consistency of gravy/curry you prefer, add handful of finely sliced pieces of coriander leaves, add sliced pieces of 2 green chillies for mild-pungent flavour (these chillies are small and extremely slender, having fresh pungent flavour) and ¼ tsp. of turmeric powder, cook the gravy/curry until the okra pieces turn tender.
Serving size: approx. 5
