Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day; this recipe of noodles has all the important elements (carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals) to make it a wholesome meal for breakfast, moreover it is a quick and easy recipe for breakfast or brunch.
Recipe of Wholesome Meal with Noodles:
Quantity of Noodles (ingredient – wheat flour): 150 gm; cook the noodles according to the package instructions
Quantity of vegetables: approx. 250 gm of green capsicums, 2 medium tomatoes, and approx. 250 gm of green pea pods
- Saute small pieces of tomatoes in adequate quantity of warm rice bran oil until it begins to melt, add fresh green peas and thin slices of green capsicum to the blend, smidgen the mix with salt – according to preference of flavour, blend the mix with ¼ tsp. of turmeric powder, add the cooked noodles to the mixture and mix the combination.
Add a fried egg with the sunny side up to top the noodles.
This wholesome meal for breakfast has the delicious taste of tomato and capsicum with the sweet flavour of fresh green peas.
