Does the Blend of Coriander Herb and Cheese make Curries Delicious?

The answer is a big ‘YES’, this blend is magical – I discovered this when I prepared Chicken in Herb Sauce, my first recipe using the combination of coriander herb and cheese. later I used the same combination for a second time in Fava Beans in Delicious Coriander Herb Sauce – with these two recipes being very similar in its composition, the only dissimilar fact between them is one being a non-vegetarian dish and the other vegetarian, however the combine flavour of coriander herb and cheese makes a delicious impact on the taste-buds despite the dish being vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

Delish Pulao/Pilaf in Super-Rich Blend of Herb-Sauce and Tiger Prawns  was the third recipe with utilizing this blend, here  the sauce was created merging cheese and coriander leaves together with tomato and green chilli; the effect of flavor it created along with tiger prawns was super fabulous.

The fourth time for the recipe of Cauliflower in Luscious-Sauce, when I used this delicious blend of coriander herb and cheese I changed the structure of the recipe, instead of tomato and coriander herb sauce, I made a sauce of onion and tomato with cheese; in the first  and second recipes, cheese was blended in the curry at a later stage, in the fourth recipe coriander leaves were blended in the curry at a later stage – nevertheless in all the four dishes the combine relish of coriander herb and cheese stood out.

This time I prosper ahead with a fifth recipe using the awesome blend of coriander herb and cheese, the difference in this recipe is in its construction which is more simpler, yet with same unwavering effect of the unified taste of coriander herb and cheese on the taste-buds.

The blend of coriander leaves and cheese other than providing delicious flavour to curries also enriches food with nutrients – coriander leaves are particularly rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K, with moderate content of dietary minerals; cheese is a rich source of calcium, protein, phosphorus, sodium and saturated fat.
