The Recipe of Delicious Soy Meat Gravy:
Quantity of soy meat: about 125 g
Cook the soy meat according to the package instructions
- Marinate soy meat for about 5 minutes in: a mixture of pounded cinnamon stick (a small piece of cinnamon stick – adequate enough for a pleasant flavour) & ½ tsp. of black peppercorns; ½ tsp. of turmeric powder, and salt – according to preference of flavour.
- In adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour vegetable oil – add the marinated soy meat; blend the mixture with freshly grated coconut meat from half of a medium coconut shell, ¼ tsp. of chilli powder – optional; add little quantity of water – just enough for a rich gravy texture, cook the meat until the liquid part of the mixture dries up.
Soy meat in the mixture of cinnamon-blackpeppercorns-coconutmeat is delicious.
