The garfish is a long and slender fish with a laterally compressed body, its jaws are elongated and armed with sharp teeth. Garfish are found in brackish and marine waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Black, and Baltic Seas.

Quantity: 12 Garfish
Marinate the cleaned garfish (this fish is very easy to clean) in:
- 2 tsp. of white cooking vinegar
- Finely mashed pieces of four big garlic cloves
- ½ tsp. of turmeric powder
- Finely sliced pieces of a handful of coriander leaves
- Salt – according to preference of taste
Marinate the fish for half-hour before coating the garfish with the mixture of rice flour and semolina, pan-fry the fish in adequate quantity of warm, rice bran oil; in medium heat for less than 5 minutes.
The marinade and the coating make the tasty garfish very delicious.
