Delicious and Healthy Seafood Recipe: ‘Sole’ Fish Fry – in a VERY fresh blend

Sole is a marine fish of the flatfish family and is prized for its mild, delicate flavour …

and the blended flavour of ginger & lemongrass gives the fish a fresh taste.

The Recipe:

While cleaning the sole fish, pull off the thin outside layer of the fish from both of its sides.

Quantity: medium sole fish – about 1 kg

  •  Marinate the fish (sliced into halves) in these ingredients for at least ½  an hour:

Salt – according to preference of taste

1 tsp. of turmeric powder

1 full tbsp. of finely sliced pieces of lemon grass

Finely mashed pieces of a fair share of ginger – adequate enough for a fine ginger flavour

  • Coat the marinated fish pieces in rice flour before shallow-frying the fish pieces in adequate quantity of any, mild-flavour, vegetable oil in medium to low heat for less than 5 minutes.

Serving size – Approximately 5
