The flavour of soy meat is an opulent blended taste of peanut, ginger & curry leaves, which is different nevertheless delicious.
The Recipe:
Quantity of soya mini chunks: One full big cup (about 100g);
Cook the soya-chunks according to the package instructions.
¤ In adequate quantity of warm peanut oil, sauté finely sliced pieces of 3 small onions, and add salt – according to preference of taste,
¤ Add finely mashed pieces of about 7 to 8 garlic cloves, finely sliced pieces of 1 medium tomato, pieces of 2 green chillies, finely sliced pieces of a handful of curry leaves, finely mashed pieces of a very big share of a ginger root and ½ tsp. of turmeric powder to the translucent onion blend,
¤ Add 3 cheese slices to the melted mixture, and add a glass of water to the mixture for a saucy gravy,
¤ Merge the cooked warm soya mini chunks with the warm luscious mixture.
Serving size: Approximately 4
