Beets and carrots have a wide range of health benefits because of their nutritional content, for the filling of this sandwich I have used these two marvellous vegetables.
The Recipe:
¤ In adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour, vegetable oil – sauté finely grated pieces of 3 medium beetroots & 3 small orange carrots, add finely mashed pieces of about 7 to 8 garlic cloves to the mixture, and smidgen the mixture with salt – according to preference of taste, when the mixture is cooked add 4 cheese slices to melt in the warm mixture – this mixture with turn out creamy in texture, with a fine garlic taste.
¤ Spread the mixture evenly to a slice of bread covering the edges too and top it by another slice of bread, this mixture will be sufficient for all the slices of a 400g bread pack.
¤ Coat the sandwich in a mixture of – whisked eggs blended with a pinch of turmeric powder & salt, and pan-fry the sandwich on a non-stick skillet — brush the skillet with any warm, mild-flavour vegetable oil before frying the sandwich on both the sides for a few seconds.
Serving size: Approximately 4

Indeed, the quiet carrot has often been overlooked. We noticed hardly any restaurants serve vegetable dishes with them here in our little red dot!
