The flavour of garlic, cumin seeds and vinegar blended with potatoes is warm and delicious.
The Recipe:
Quantity of baby potatoes: About ½ kg
¤ Marinate sliced pieces of baby potatoes in — ¼ tsp. of turmeric powder, ½ tsp. of kashmiri chilli powder, ½ tsp. of garam masala, 2 to 3 tbsp. of chilli vinegar and salt – according to preference of taste.
¤ In adequate quantity of any mild-flavour vegetable oil – sauté mashed pieces of an entire small garlic bulb, when the garlic husk turns a tad brown in colour – add 1 tsp. of cumin seeds, followed by marinated potatoes, add a little quantity of water, when the water completely evaporates and potato pieces are cooked – relish the flavourful potatoes.

I had used baby potatoes in this recipe for its creamy texture, and because my kid prefers to eat more of these potatoes.
