The Recipe:
- Cook the mixed sprouts in boiling water and drain the water completely.
- Blend the warm sprouts with garlic & herbs spiced butter and sprinkle salt to the mix.
- After the sprouts are cooled, add grated shreds of mozzarella cheese (or any other type of cheese of your preference).
- Mix the amalgam with kurmura (puffed rice) and honey’d corn flakes.
