The recipe:
- Deep fry baby potatoes in vegetable oil ( cut the potato into two portions)
- Sprinkle salt on the fried potato pieces.
- Dip the cooled potato pieces into the whisked, sugary yogurt (… add sugar according to preference).
- Refrigerated the mix.
- Drizzle besan (gram flour) sev (small dried yellow salty noodles) on top of the chilled mix before you enjoy the Sugary Potato Chaat.
