Love bitter gourd or hate it but you cannot deny its many health benefits.
- Chop bitter gourd into slices of semi-circle rings.
- Add salt and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes, wash it again, squeeze out the excess water.
- Sauté them in oil for 5 minutes, add salt, add turmeric, add grated coconut and jaggery.
- Add water just enough for the vegetable to cook.
